Today is a cardio day, most likely a treadmill run. I got new running shoes Saturday and I want to test them out.

Phyllis ~ Are you seeing results from STS?

I need a rotation ! Not sure what I'm doing today but CARDIO- for sure ! And Abs !

Phyllis, I actually love Meso 3. Meso 1 is my least fav. only because of the quick weight changes needed. You just MOVE, MOVE, MOVE through that whole thing ! ha

Yes, Tammy, I have seen results. More definition and possible inches, not sure. No weight loss as I haven't modified my diet. I am stronger which is wonderful because I'm not a very strong person.

I'm glad you're both feeling better. :)

Becky, I'm in total agreement about meso 1 - very busy!

Tammy - What kind of shoes did you get? I am always looking for good shoes!

In the meantime I am doing an older Cathe rotation, a circuit one.

Today was Amy's Kickbox Surge and core. Love it!!!
 
Ok, I am really late checking in... I did my workout early then had to run errands and then the internet went out so I am finally back on again. Due to a time crunch I only managed to do the warm up then chest work ( minus push ups) and shoulder work off of the PS series, I wanted to get in triceps and abs but that didn't happen, so maybe I will get to them tomorrow.
