I totally missed the check in yesterday. I didn't WO, but got up early to watch DS play tennis. Today is PLB on the rotation but I don't think I can face it. I'm thinking B&G instead.

Well, I didn't join you with cake yesterday, but I had bunches of peanut butter filled pretzels. Yumo!!

Good Morning Everyone!

I finished FF's GRFS rotation and I don't know what I'm doing next.
We leave for vacation in a few days, so I think I''ll wait and start a rotation when we get home.

We had a big cookout & birthday party for my MIL here yesterday and even sending cake home with everyone, we have tons of birthday cake left.
Any takers ???
Lucky for me, store bought bday cake isn't my thing and I can resist it.
Now the strawberry pie that's also in the fridge................:eek: THAT'S calling my name !!!!}( ;) :9 :9

No idea on today's workout......so I have to go look at the collection and figure it out.

Good Morning

Today is a new rotation for me. I am going to do PS this month, haven't done it in forever! so I am starting with PS chest, shoulders, tri. Should be interesting what I lift, since I just finished 4 weeks of 4DS!

Phyllis~ I'd take PLB over B&G too!!!

Becky~ I'm not a fan of store bought cake either! But the party sounds fun!

TammY~ enjoy your rest day. Yesterday was my rest day, but I ended up switching my DSs bedroom and the computer room (another bedroom) and moved alot of furniture!! Now my other DS wants to move his furniture in his room!!

I ended up deciding to stick with the GRFS rotation for this week so today was UB and core.
I did The ub/core premix from Tracey's Sculpt Sweatfest and added on Amy's core from APX.

Hi everyone,

I ended up ordering CC 3,4, and 6 ( 5 was out of stock ), and I am excited to get them now!!

I did Tear It Up today, the humidity must be crazy, I was dripping and almost feeling nauseous at one point, which is not like me at all.
I am going to see what is next on the rotations, both from FF and Cathe, and then go from there.
If anyone finds any gems in the rotations files, do share!

DM Double Cardio for me today.

I remember doing this one when I started this rotation early in the month and had a great workout with it albeit; I don't care for the last 2 drills I still had a good time with it.

Woke up late once again! x(

Why oh why can't I just get up when I say I want to get up then when my alarm goes off I keep hitting the snooze button?


Okay so I am continuing with FF's Get Ready For Summer 08 rotation as I've probably have mentioned before and once I'm done going backwards with it Mid July I'll start with FF's Circuit rotation. So I pretty much
know what I'll be doing as far as rotations for the month of July.

I've seen those PB filled pretzels and can never imagine myself eating them lol I eat my pb from a soon and pretzels yummm

So far I have really liked FF's GRFS rotation this is the 1st of her rotations that I have tried. Since I was off 2 weeks from working out when my mom was here I figured I'd continue with it until I was done.

How did you like it?

Take that pie outta there girl! When stuff like that Calls my name I immediately try to get rid of it or I will stuff my face then kick myself why lol A girl can have only so much self control over baked goods such as that!

Thank goodness for Skinny Cows and WW frozen desserts :9

Sleeping in is good but lately I've been fighting myself to maintain my early morning routine and not doing so well with that LOL I truly am a night owl who tries desperately to be a very early bird grins

LOL about the moving bedrooms - Here if one of the kids does something like that the other two end up wanting to follow and so it goes :)

When you do PS you go heavier than Cathe's benchmark right?

I got PS in May and noticed the 1st time I did it I followed Cathe's benchmark and didn't feel worked until I upped my weights then HELLO! LOL I know how much you enjoy PS so have fun with your new rotation;)

Good advice about getting rid of the pie. But I keep telling myself HOW bad can a pie be that is only HUGE STRAWBERRIES. Okay. and glaze in a graham cracker crust. But STILL!!!:p :7
I might have to have just ONE more piece before I give it away .:*

I LOVE Skinny cows ! MMMMM especially the ice cream sandwiches! :9 :9

I have LOVED the FF rotation. I've done several others of hers and liked every one. This might be my favorite though. She has another GRFS rotation out there too. (maybe 2 others? can't remember)
Anyway, I have seen improvement mostly on UB this month. What about you ?

Okay, workout is done, shower and breakfast done, I better get started on my jobs for the day!

I agree about PS. When I do it I go much heavier than Cathe! I actually did my 1RM from the excersises I did with 4DS, used that info for PS and lifted at 75% of my 1RM. It made PS MUCH harder, and I got a great workout.

Hi all,

I did chest work today doing different exercises off of MM, PUB and S&H. Short on time so I didn't get any cardio in, my dh wants to go car shopping so I have to get ready to leave.
