I woke up with a terrbile pulled neck muscle, so no WO for me. The pain woke me before my alarm which is set for 4:30. I think I did something while sleeping, because it didn't hurt yesterday. Maybe I did something while cleaning. See, I knew I shouldn't have cleaned! I did get a lot done but a couple places ae still messy as I am organizing stuff. You know the saying - it lets worse before it gets better!

Becky, good job with the fresh foods! Keep it up. Can I join you for dinner? :)

Conni, Marco I. sounds awesome. I'll keep it in mind. Pics?

Good Morning !

I only got about 3 1/2 hours of sleep last night so I am dragging.:-(
Maybe my fresh foods will power me through the day ???
I can only hope !:eek:

Phyllis, come on to dinner. We ended up not eating the red snapper last night so it's tonights dinner for sure.:9
I hope your neck feel's better soon. That's miserable!

Workout was PP UB 3X and I did 15 min. of Coreblast instead of the abs on PP.

Connie, Marco sounds wonderful. I'm glad you had a nice relaxing time. Did I read that you are looking forward to going back to work ???:eek: There must be something in the water on the island. :p :7

Good Morning gals :)

Today was 4DS chest and back. A really good workout, and DH helped by spotting me for the chest press! (I use a 65#bb and its hard to get into position!)

Phyllis~ I hope you feel better! Maybe it was just the way you slept, so it will be better tomorrow?

Becky~ great workout for not feeling well!

Hello Ladies! :7

So I'm back and my mom is at her home in NYC. It was a nice visit with her but its time to get back on the workout wagon along with cleaning up my diet. lol :p

I was doing so well too but my mom was my priority while she was here and my workouts took a back seat.

Anyhow I'm going to pick up the rotation once again and do FF GRFS08 rotation starting today with week 4 but I will go backwards with it, so next week I'll be doing week 3 and then week 2 and so on ;)

So today its Push/Pull Upper Body 3 sets premix and I'm tagging on a CC today also to jump start the cardio too.

Got up late and need to retrain my body to get up earlier so I can get my workouts in while the sun is coming up [font color=#8BB381]sighs & shrugs shoulders [/font]

Sorry that I have not been around much and in the loop of whats going on.

Oy I hate those muscle spasms around the neck - I get them if I leave my neck exposed while I sleep since I tend to have the ceiling fan and ac going at the same time.

If you can try a warm heating pad or just throw a damp washcloth in the microwave and allow the moist heat to soothe the muscle as you gently knead it- thats what works for me.

I hope you get to feeling better!

I'll be doing the workout here once I'm done posting to my check in buddies ;)

So how has it been? Have you seen any results?

I pretty much have decided to redo the rotation and I will be going backwards until I have completed it since the past two weeks fitting in a workout was nearly impossible due to not wanting to wake up my mom so early and of course once the household was up my window for my workouts was pretty much gone ;(

How cool that your DH was able to spot you! I have tried to encourage my DH to workout w/ me but he gets home so tired after working all night long and then driving back home almost two hours that all he wants to do is go to sleep - I can't blame him but his health concerns me :( He has put on some weight which has exacerbated his asthma.

He used to play racquetball, swim & run alot ; I hope we get our house sold and we can move closer to his job soon.

Okay I've taken enough time and I need to get moving :)

Phyllis, I Hope your neck feels better soon.

Since I have to get up early this week to take my middle son to tennis camp, I figured I will get in more workouts. Sooo since I had yesterday off from work so I could get up this morning I did a workout today.

I decided to do one body part per day plus cardio this week. So today was chest, I did PUB chest work then did the incline bench and flies off of S & H to finish off my chest work. Then I did 30 min. of the Cardio Bootcamp taebo. I am ready for another shower.

It was nice not going to work last night, my dh and I went out to eat and had a nice time.

Hi all,

Sorry so late, things are just crazy here at work. Yes, I did say I was looking forward to coming back, I am blessed to be at a fun place with fun, caring people who laugh alot with me ( or at me, I guess..)

I am a week behind on the FF rotation, so today was MM upper body premix and MM abs. I have never done a premix on this dvd, and I really liked it!
