Daily Check in Mon Feb 4

Hi ladies,

My tapatalk isn't working. I taught my Silver and Fit 3 to 14 ladies for 53 minutes. I even had 2 new ladies.

Then I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, I level 6 but kept bumping up the elevation every 10-15 minutes. I was also going backwards part of the time also. By the time I hit elevation 100 I could really feel it. I am trying to mix up my elliptical routine so I can still feel the workout.

I then did about 5-6 minutes of floorwork abs and legs.
