Hello everyone. Today I did BJ Gaddour Metashred Extreme. Brand new wkout for me. Disc #1 Lower body. It was called Metapocolypse or something. It was different. No judgment yet as it's only the first time I've done it. We're gearing up for a major Nor'easter here in NY. It's been friggin freezing, now this. It's almost over, spring is on the way. Be safe everyone.
 
Hey tlc, yep, we are supposed to get some snow here too....:(, but it's sunny now, I just finished another one of my
Cardio Core Circuit blender mixes. (I had blended two different ones)..4 cardio floor drills, 2 core exercises,
Then 4 mat cardio drills, & 2 more cores, and finally 4 step cardio drills with 2 more core/ab exercises, Lotta' fun!
Annette, do you have any snow? Everyone have a good & safe day!
 
Hi gals,

Today I (on my birthday) I taught my aerobic circuit class to 10 ladies. Then did 60 minutes of weight work including abs and legs, heavy weight work for all.

We are expected to get snow tonight and tomorrow.

Well, I just finished a toning blender workout using only a resistance band and tubing. Since my earlier workout
Was strictly cardio and abs, this toning workout felt good. Started snowing here, have a feeling tomorrow will be
Shovel Max time. :(

Monday my meetings ran late at work so I was unable to give bball training and had to find a sub. I only just made it home by 7. I only had time for a short w/o and as my rotation said Gym Style back, shoulders & bi's I decided to do Chest and tri's superset premix. Makes sense right? Mondays I have less time than on Wednesdays so I think I will always be changing the UB days around. Anyways, the w/o was not a high cal burn, but boy did it make my muscles burn! It moved really quickly between exercises squeezing a lot into 31min. Great short w/o!
