Hi ladies,

Today I taught my original custom circuit workout to 8 ladies for about 64 minutes. This one is a tough one with a warm up ,cardio, then 2 songs of weights, more cardio, 2 more songs of weights, more cardio, 1 abdominals song, and a cooldown. Using both dumbbells and an optional barbell or heavier dumbbells.

Then I did 30 minutes of weights including abs and floorwork legs.

I am beat.[emoji26]!
