Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit class the seated workout to 7 ladies and 2 gentlemen for 45 minutes. Then I did 30 minutes of weights including abs. Then I taught my Chair Kickbox Circuit workout to 7 ladies for an hour.

Now I am home to enjoy the holiday.

Rest day for me today. I had to go downtown for training (like that's a big deal - it's 32 minutes away). I just wanted the day to be easy so I did not workout.
I hope to be back at it tomorrow.

I was just posting how lonely I was when your posted came through. So I discarded it and read your post instead.

Part of me wanted to take the day off but despite the holiday (here) I had ladies who wanted me to teach today so I did.

Hubby just grilled a bunch of meat so my protein is taken care of for a few days, yay!!

Wow, Annette, I would be starving after teaching two classes. Enjoy the family barbecue!
I just finished up another Gosia Cano/youtube, Boxing-tabata routine & added my own renegade rows and other (brief) kettlebell lower body exercises. Ceci, I will probably get back to some Sydney C when I have the time ....she adds so many workouts every week! Still like the compound ones best.
Hoping our US friends, Peg, Linda & Missy were able to have some rest this long weekend. If you observe Ascension Day, Henriette, hope it too, is a nice one.
