Today I went to the gym and did a circuit, warm up/stretch, stair machine, weights, elliptical, floorwork abs and legs and another stretch all in all 60 minutes.

Raining again today.

Hey Annette ....great job on your circuit training.
Today I did LIVE Body Works, although just got through 65 percent of it as I wasn't really feeling it ....loved the upper body band work though. Then moved to a youtube Melissa Bender standing core and flutes routine.
