Last night I did a 20 min blender Abs/Core workout.
Today was Blender- STS 1.0- Giant Sets - 37 min.
& Hydrow CT #20- Row & Weights EMOM - 20 min.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Xtrain CLB - I used heavier weights than Cathe and managed the whole thing with much ease. This used to be super challenging for me. What happened? It was fun and I love no TFTT!

Great workouts from us all yesterday. Nora - we have such similar taste in workouts. I love RWH although it should have been called Super Tough (ST) or Are you sure you can do this (AYSYCDT).

Cathe should have a little contest with her Cathletes to get us to help her name her workouts. It's gotta be exhausting coming up with new names every week for her live classes. I'd love to see what people come up with.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did a 66 minute upper body weight work out using the barbell, the back machine, dumbbells and cables. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. Then I did 32 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio. So I am a sweaty mess.

And yes, naming workouts is hard, almost as hard as putting the workout together .

Nice workouts ladies.

Gotta run an errand and then go home.

Cool and muggy today.

Siobhan- Good job with today's workout:Cathe's Xtrain CLB - I used heavier weights than Cathe and managed the whole thing with much ease. I love RWH and Strong & Sweaty are growing. I forget what TFTT is or AYSYCDT.Yes, it seem we do have similar taste in workouts.

Annette- WTG on today's gym workout of 66 minute. Upper body focus weight work done with various equipment, then floor work for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. Plus 32 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio. WOW!! Amazing you rocked that workout high fives!!:)

Just stopping by to say I had to revise my workout due to unforseen errands and short on time.

So I did not do the XTrain D7- All Out Low Impact Hiit= 39 Min will save that for another time.

I did add- on:
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Do This After Every Cycling Workout = 12 Min, and YT- MLP- 5-MINUTE MOVEMENT FLOW to Stay STRONG & FLEXIBLE= 5 Min
