Today was Blender- STS 1.0- Giant Sets - 37 min.
& Hydrow CT #20- Row & Weights EMOM - 20 min.

Siobhan- Good job with today's workout:Cathe's Xtrain CLB - I used heavier weights than Cathe and managed the whole thing with much ease. I love RWH and Strong & Sweaty are growing. I forget what TFTT is or AYSYCDT.Yes, it seem we do have similar taste in workouts.

Annette- WTG on today's gym workout of 66 minute. Upper body focus weight work done with various equipment, then floor work for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. Plus 32 minutes on the elliptical for some cardio. WOW!! Amazing you rocked that workout high fives!!
