Hi fellow fitness gals,

Today I taught my long AM FIT Custom Circuit to 6 ladies for just over an hour.

Then I did 41 minutes of weights including dumbbells, cable, machines , floorwork abs and legs and the elliptical backwards for 7 minutes for more leg work to finish up.

Hi Annette! I don't know how you manage so much physical activity in one day! Yesterday's workouts sank me. I tried to do kelly Coffey Meyer's "Your best body" today and my BEST was to stop early. I'm pooped.

Elsie, I loved Triple threat!! Cathe really has some incredible workouts on Live. I just renewed my yearly subscription. You can't beat the price and variety. I'm glad to see you taking time for yourself too.

On a side note....IMAX 3 is certainly challenging but you have to give yourself permission to modify or stop the blasts early. There are days I can do it and other days, not so much.

Linda I hope you're ok. Henriette I hope you and the family are feeling better. Missy keep up the great work. I love Cardio and weights. Siobhan, do you use a jump rope w/ Michael? I think one of my dvd's has the people using a real jump rope. Great workouts everyone.
 
Excellent workouts today Peg & Annette!! Way to go! Really love your attitude about what is 'best' for us, Peg. When the body says that's enough, you're sensible enough to listen. : )
Hope everyone is feeling okay, and that you find some time to take off this weekend. I just went for a moderate walk this evening. The weather has been lovely.
