Hi gals,

Today I did 41 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo, working up a good sweat.

Early on I got interrupted by the borough guys wanting to change the water meter and of course they had to come in and go down in the basement.

But I resumed after they left and got my workout in.

Hi Annette and all still to follow,
Another short but good w/o today. Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Bi's timesaver. It seems like all these GS timesaver pack in a real good burn in just 30 min.

My thighs are still hurting going down the stairs and my calves are sore... And all that from just 30min yesterday! My legs feel like they had several hours of hard work, not just half.

I did Leah Sarago Ballet body Upper Body 45 mins & ICE LI Sw Blizzard Blast 21 mins. Felt good. I have sore hammies today from Barlates!

Today I did my own Plyo Hiit One + S & H shoulders + my own upper body tabata from xtrain.

Elsie - leah's upper body workout is tough!

Henriette - you sure are enjoying gym styles - doin' it old style. I like gym styles but just find it slow. i love the music of more current cathe
 
Hello ladies! Yes Henriette....Cathe kills the lower body. I didn't really know what DOMS meant until I started doing Cathe workouts. Great workouts everyone! I did Tracie Long Step forward....for me it was a dud. Didn't like it at all. I need some Cathe time so I'll do a Live workout tomorrow.
