Hi ladies,

Today I taught my All Cardio class to 9 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of weights using heavy dumbbells and preloaded barbells.

Then stability ball abs.

Son was OCD about the barbell
preloaded rack being off, so I helped him re-rack them only to be bitten, ok pinched by the curl bar.

Hi ladies,

Still dealing with my tooth ache. It's actually a crown that needs replacing, but they couldn't do it while I was pregnant and now it seems I have left it too long. Apparently the strain that has been put on my tooth with the sunken crown has built up so it feels like an infection, even though there isn't one. Dentist took X-rays to make sure. So I got painkillers and she tried making the tooth smoother so less strain would be put on it, but with the nerves exposed and after what she tried I am still in constant pain. Not as bad as Monday night and Tuesday, but still constant pain and if I accidentally chew on that side or chew hard on the other side the worst pain shoots through my whole face it seems. Painkillers are helping, but if there's no improvement by the end of tomorrow I will need to go back and possibly have a root canal or something so the nerves cannot hurt me so much. Crown will be replaced in a few weeks.

Anyways... long dental story.

Today's workout was lots of walks even in the rain as I could not get Mick to nap any other way and then in the afternoon between laundry and grocery shopping and all I did Step & Pump on Cathe Live. More leg work! It was actually meant to be back day, but I felt like Step.. and this one had some weight work too, but nothing compared to Bulk. Maybe I will just move my planning and do Bulk Back tomorrow.

Hi ladies. Annette sorry about your finger. Henriette I hope you get relief soon. You have my sympathies. Dental issues are a bear to deal with!

All this talk about step workouts prompted me to do Cathe Live- Get steppin. It was fun but short at about 45 minutes.

I need some dental work but don't have the money. I'm hoping I don't get anything infected.

I went for a run today. My upper body was very sore from the lifting yesterday.
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did Yvette Bachman 20 minute Upper Body workout + another 10 minutes of her a weighted cardio workout of hers. My DD did the same workout of yvette's+ added on her 12 minute heavy weight workout which I love!

Missy - I am sorry you can't take care of dental stuff. You know - I never had dental benefits when I was young - all the way up to the age of 30. I barely use my benefits. I just don't like practitioners hanging around close to me.

henriette - sorry about the tooth pain. I can't go over how much you walk your baby.I don't know anyone who does that. is that normal? You go for long walks everyday even though you work etc. wow
 
Hi girls, great movement & workouts today!! Henriette ....how do you concentrate on workouts with so much pain? Sounds terrible. ((get better soon)) Your son likes to lift too Annette? That's awesome. Love it when we get inspired by others to try a workout ....great job on the step Peg. Hope you and your daughter are enjoying your time. Missy, do you live near a uni with a dental faculty? I did that for years before having adequate benefits. Like Ceci, as a child I didn't see anyone very regularly. I guess I was lucky not to have any serious issues. My parents were paying a lot for my vision $$ and could not afford both. With dental health being so linked to heart/cardiac issues, it really ought to be covered under public health/tax revenues, IMO. Oh, your DD does youtube w-o's with you too Ceci! Yay, fun!
