Hi gals,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit class the seated one for 45 minutes to 17 members. And they really like it now, whoohooo!! The I taught my Cardio Kick/Punch (little kickbox, little regular aerobics) circuit class to 9 ladies for an hour. Then I did 40 minutes of heavy weight work including barbell chest, and floorwork abs and legs just to name a few.

Hi Annette and all still to follow,

Wow Annette I really envy all you did at the gym today!

I am happy I managed to squeeze in Bulk Chest before I had to pick up the boys from basketball. Mick was awake, but was a good little boy and nearly managed to be happy all 30 minutes watching Winnie the Pooh while I did the workout. Very little whining fortunately.

I saw a plank challenge/ dance that Magnus said he would try with me:


I think it looks fun, just not on a day when I have already worked my upper body.

Nice job Annette! Henriette that video looked awesome. I’m going to try it!! The song sounds like something that I’ve heard at weddings where EVERYONE gets up to do it. Except you remain standing of course. Very cute.

The wake was sad. My friends kids are still in their 20’s! Because she was only 50 there were a lot of people too. It’s just so uncomfortable to see a young friend in a coffin. Most wakes I’ve been to have been for much older people. I really enjoyed her company and I’ll miss her. This Sunday will mark the one year anniversary of my fathers passing. Plus it’s Easter. I’m just in a foul mood I guess. But this too shall pass, right?

Today I did Cathe Live Fit tower cardio legs. It was nice.

It's understandable that you've been feeling low Peg. I'm very sorry that your heart is being weighed down by so much extra on the remembrance of your dear Dad's passing. Trying to process the sudden loss of your peer ......

I've been slack the past few weeks, exercising sporadically. I'm back on the beam. The weather is nicer and we should be able to get some cycling in. I hope you are all doing well. I'll try to catch up on our posts!
