Hi ladies,

Well I made it to the gym and taught my Disco Circuit workout (subbing for Zumba) to 5 ladies who braved the aftermath of over 14 inches of snow[emoji44]. That was about 53 minutes.

Then I did about 40 minutes of weights going lighter since my left arm hurts from my fall yesterday and my bum was feeling it too.

Sun is shining today and it is above freezing so let the thawing begin[emoji3]!!

Hi Annette, hope you are feeling better! 14 inches of snow! We had about 8, which was more than enough!!
They are calling for more Sat evening into Sunday, gosh I hope not, cause Sunday is Palm Sunday....

I ended up doing another 30 min elliptical & weights circuit last night and just finished doing the Dumbbells Only
Premix on KCM's Trim & Tone Intervals. That one was a shortie, about 15 min. My left hip is bothering me a
Little, I am not surprised, considering yesterday... next will be a CatheLive, probably over the weekend.

today I did workout blender workout of legs and shoulders + cardio.

I hope you are all well. i took a rest day yesterday. I am in for ICE 2!!!!
 
Hi ladies,

Thursday was a rest day here. Not planned but the stomach bug is making a comeback in our house.

Mick was finally better and off to daycare, but to be safe I worked from home in case they would call for me to come get him. They did not. However, in the afternoon the school nurse called. Magnus had been there several times and was really not feeling well, so I had to go pick him up and then late afternoon my bf came home from work early also sick. Boy oh boy... I have been feeling it in my stomach since the weekend, but really don't want to be sick again. Instead of pushing my body to the limits, I went to bed super early and finished my book.

I may have to take it easy for a few days, even if I don't want to.
