Hi gals,

We got snow and lots of it and it is still coming down. Youngest son went to work in it, middle son and hubby are home, as their works are closed. The gym closed too so no teaching today.

I worked on the CD for the seated workout but using regular moves for my regular class. I think I got it worked out, that was a 46 minute circuit. Then I did the Killer Kickbox workout that we were supposed to do in class this morning, it is 42 minutes. I am a sweaty mess.

Hope everybody starts to feel better soon.

Hey Annette, I have been doing Shovel Max all day long. It's just about stopped here, I did not go to work, although I think they opened at noon. I just couldn't, I had to shovel my deck 3 times, clear my driveway and car, sidewalks
And a path and BIG open circle for Coco, so I am very tired. But, I did do a 20 min. Kettlebell workout on
YouTube. I liked that.

Hi Aqua girl, still snowing here.

I fell after my workout in the house. Tripped on a vent deflector and caught the edge of the fridge and down I went hard. Landed on my left hip (bum), left knee and left shoulder, UGH!! I think the shoulder and hip took most of the impact. Hubby had to help me up.[emoji856]

Kind of praying they open the gym at 10 tomorrow so I don't have to cover for the Zumba lady at 9 am., and I get a day to recover more.

I believe my back and hip is gonna be hurting from the shoveling, I feel it! Probably will lay on heating pad tonight

Hi ladies,

It's been cold here, but not as bad as last weekend and definitely no snow storms or the like.

I worked half a day from home as it was Wednesday and was pretty active the rest of the day. When I needed a break from my computer in the morning I did Shine's That's My Girl routine from YouTube. It's one of the ones I remember from when I did shine and just a fun little routine that gets me up and moving for a couple of minutes. Too bad I don't have an office at work or I would do it there too, but dancing in an open plan office is not really my thing.

This afternoon I had to mop the kitchen floor, after having just wiped it after every time Mick had thrown up in previous days, so that was my warm up workout.

I then did Cathe Live Live those legs, and just to give my legs a little extra love I added on CoffeyFitRaw Hips & Glutes.

Later when I walked to the grocery store with Mick I was really feeling it in my legs! That was nearly 1.5 hours of leg work! Both good, but so different from the pure weight workouts like Body Beast. Maybe I will try Bulk Legs later on this week, when my legs have recovered from this beating.

ICE 2... of course I will preorder it! I love ICE! It's so versatile!

Peg - fun fact. I contacted the author of Beautiful Chaos, Alex Tully, to let her know that she had made a mistake with one of the names towards the end of the book and she got back to me. Twice! How cool is that?! Normally if I contact an author (even ones on that Netgallery site) they never get back to me.

Every day I think today is the day I will finish that one book Watching Edie, but working from home with a sick baby is just busy busy. I prioritize my workouts, so when I am done with mom chores and work that's what I spend my time doing... and I just try not to stress about laundry that is piling up and books that are calling my name and not to mention all my magazines. When will I read them?

Hi all! Oddly enough we’re still waiting for the snow to arrive. School dismissed early too because the forecast was ugly....still waiting.

Annette perhaps a nice warm epsom salt bath would help. I’m sorry you fell.

Linda, please take care. I’ve wrecked myself from shoveling! Everything hurts. A bath for you too!

Elsie I think I’ve seen some baby buds coming out on trees because we had a few days of warm sunny weather a few weeks back. It’s always uplifting to see them. It’s akways nice to see you too!!

Henriette you rock! Talking to fitness pros and authors. Very nice!! I’ve been on a Kristen Hannah run lately but still throw in a good psychological thriller.

Today I did Anni Mairs Cardio Force. She only made 4 (?) workouts but I like them. Yesterday was Yvette Bachman but I couldn’t keep up. Too tired.
