Hi ladies,

Today I taught the newest cardio kickboxing circuit that I have been working on all week. I had 7 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did about 30 minutes of weights and floorwork abs.

I talked to the gym owner and he will pay for me to take the Silversneakers training and for any continuing education credits that I will need in the next 2 years.

So I guess I am going to do their training also.

Another busy day at work but it’s Friday!! Today I did Tabatacize. I think I’m getting tired of HiiT workouts.

We’re babysitting Lester for the weekend too. He’s a big cuddler. Have a great one and hello to all who follow.
 
Greetings! Well today was certainly a fitness day! Between the little cleaning and hair appt today, I did my
Treadmill & weights workout this AM followed by a Cathe blender Legs & Abs workout,
This evening I did the Pump Shoulders & Arms premix on Kelly's Cardio Pump and ended with a Nordic Trainer
Workout with weights on my skier. Everything was fun, and these are the kind of days that bring on my
"Smiley Face" :), Henriette!

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I did a short strong and sweaty premix of bootcamp. no cardio. I really enjoyed it.
