Stayed home today and worked on another kickboxing routine for my class. ~ 24 minutes. Then I did Cathe's MMA kickboxing cardio only. Now I think I am going to look again at the workout I was working on yesterday.

Ok, I went through the whole workout from yesterday's CD that I had been doing and trying out moves to. And it went great so now I just need to type it up. It is ~50 minutes long and a kickbox circuit, really fun[emoji3] too.

I think I am finished now[emoji6][emoji44], at least I better be.

Hi Annette. I would love to participate in one of your classes. I love kickboxing and I love circuits!! Do you ever film them? Today I did another Cathe Live #103 Cardio circuit mashup. It was nice.

Ive been busy with registering kids for next years kindergarten class. It's always interesting to meet the parents.
 
No, Peg no means to film at the gym, sorry. Take a vacation to Gettysburg then hop skip and jump about 45 minutes to the southwest and you can try a class, just make sure it is a M-W or F.

Thursday I did a dvd mix from KCM Trim & Tone Intervals. Fun little workout ! Off today, so I hope to do a Treadmill & Weights Intervals
workout a little later on this AM. Hair appt this afternoon and maybe try to get a headstart on cleaning in between!

The new Live this week looks fun....I watched the clip and the step blasts look easy enough to modify if I need to, cause most of them I have
seen in a previous workout where I have already learned a modification or Cathe showed one. I'll give it a try when "CatheLive" comes up
in my schedule :)
