I thought I would throw a little French Canadian into the mix today :)

Today I did more Caroline G - pyramid legs (her latest offering) + 15 minutes of pyramid biceps.

Sweeeeeeating!

Sorry about your walk yesterday. I hate those little bugs. I would not have survived a minute.

Yep, made me do a double take on the check in title.

Today I had 7 ladies for the 52 minute Silver and Fit 3(the fast one) routine. Had to be done on time because the lady teaching after me is starting a Tai Chi class right after my class.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell, machines, dumbbells and floorwork for abs , legs and glutes.

Slowly, resuming workouts little by little, still not at a level to do any Cathe workouts. However, I did about 20min of a Margaret Richard upper body workout and was able, to use 8lb weights for biceps. Hope to do some cardio in a day or two. Still fighting this cold. As a matter of fact I got tested today as a precaution becuse I have a few symptoms of the variant and I traveled. However, I have my taste and smell.
