Hi gals,

Today I took son to work early shift started at 8:30 , then I headed to the gym for a nice long workout.

At the gym I started with 62 minutes on the elliptical machine and then did about 15 minutes of weights (calf machine, lat pull down, rope pull, inner and outer thigh leg machines), then I did 12 minutes on stair machine and ended with floorwork abs and a stretch another ~15 minutes.

I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon at 2. Praying that my weight is the same or lower than it was at my regular doctor's visit in April.
