Good Morning Fit Women,

Well today is my hubby's birthday, he is 40! Ouch! LOL!

Yesterday was a really bad workout day. I spent too much time outdoors and was drained from the heat to get going on my workouts. Now I will have to finish them today with workouts I have planned for today as well.

So this is what I will be doing today:
Bicep Curls from PUB and Leg premix from SS
KPC and Core Max 1
Pool Max

I will be workout out to the sounds of ZZ Top for Bicep Curls and Legs. LOL

Good Morning Ladies,

This morning I did Pyo X and Great Buns, now is breakfast, Oatmeal with blueberries, with vanilla protein, and ground flaxseeds. Shower max and work max.

Hi everyone,

Charlotte, happy birthday for hubby.

Only did a 5K run. Am too busy with a cupboard I'm building. Impatient as I am, I want it finished asap... meaning it gets priority above everything else. Well, except running :)

It's really cold overhere, only 12C. It's supposed to be about 20C given the time of year. BRRRR.

Good Morning Everyone & Happy Birthday to Charlotte's hubby!!

Today was IMAX 2 (LOVE it!!!!) and now it's off to shower FAST! No time for the Coremax I'd also planned. The water company has a scheduled shut off, so we'll be w/o water ALL day today, then have to boil all water till Thursday evening. WHAT A PAIN!!!!!!!!!x(

At least I can't do laundry.......dishes........scrubbing floors......sounds like a day to sit in the sun with a good book!! I wish!! Somehow I'm sure that's NOT what will happen!!!

Anyway, Happy Tuesday All !!!!

Becky - Ugh, how inconvient! Sounds like a couple nights in a hotel to me!

Last night I did Low Max premix 1-4 and ME Upper Body Split. This morning I did the cardio portion of C&W and tonight will be L&G floorwork, Stretch Max, and corework.

Today was Circuit Max. This evening is a run.

I have to clean today. I did't get anything done with the security guy here yesterday. I have to take all the blinds down and wash them. What fun!! :D Who wants to come help!? We can make it a party! :p

Becky... Imax2 is a great workout! And yes, I did send you our sun...:)

I'm doing my freestlye leg exercises, abs and hoping for a 7 or 8 mile run. I didn't run yesterday but instead did the 1st workout on Hardcore Extreme. Its 2 int from Imax3, then a cardio and weight segment from HSC alternating this. It only uses 3 segments form HSC so I added the other 2...was sweating like crazy.

I walked 2 miles this morning. Today is my rest day, but it was nice out this AM so I had to take advantage of it and go for a quick walk. I have weigh in tonight at Weight Watchers so I won't work out today.

I'm still tired from all the work I did yesterday. I did 1 hour walk in the AM, walked for 30 minutes at lunch with DH, ran 3 miles after work and played golf with my DH and son. WHEW - let me tell you, I slept great last night. :)

Good morning everyone!

Last night was Kickmax Bootcamp challenge sweatfest and Bootcamp core only drip all over the mat premix (can you tell I love that joke?;) ).

Tonight will be Musclemax and, if I have time, I'm going to go blading with my SO. I also have to do paintmax on the cabinets, as they are all in, holes are filled, etc. and they need to be done by the time Sophie comes back on Friday!

Well it was too hot to walk outside with Joey yesterday so we took a ride and walked the mall instead! I bought a super UNCLEAN drink called a Mocha Lotta Chilla from Cinnabon, bought 2 pairs of sneakers from Pay Less and came home. It was a GREAT outing! :p }( ;)

Again today...too hot...and no time to go else where for some walking as we have to be ready to leave to go to MIL's today at 4. I know it's not even 10am yet but I'm slow to get my butt moving as it is and now even slower with Joey to tend to so it is much wiser for us to stay home today. lol

BTW-I told DH last night about the road trip and how I'm not going this year but if it's a success and they do it again next year I AM DEFINATELY THERE!!! He was fine with that...not that I gave him a choice! lol :7

Morning Everyone :)

I got all caught up with my workouts yeterday. Missing a few body parts from sunday sure made for a busy work out day yesterday! My legs felt like Jello and yes I am sick enough to like that feeling!

Today I will run on the treadmill for an hour. Do pub and some ab work that will total 20 minutes.

Charlotte tell your hubby 40 is not bad. I will be 46 sunday and I was kinda freaking out thinking about 50 being around the corner. But I feel good! Plus I look and feel better then I did at lets say 36:)

Good morning,

This morning I did Body Fusion, and MM lower body premix. For a 23 minute workout, the MM LB premix packs a punch! I love the new way she's doing plie squats with one dumbell. I feel like I can really concentrate on the squat movement more, since I'm not also struggling to hold a heavy barbell in front of my shoulders.

Shelley - you've got me thinking that the next time I do KPC I might change the sequence and see how it feels. I might do the w/u, intermediate drills, combos 1-3, high intensity drills, and c/d. That would make it sort of similar to KickMax. Ya gotta love chaptered dvds!

Terri - my DH is fascinated by Mt. Everest, and had the opportunity presented itself at an earlier age, he would have willingly attempted it. I've informed him that he would be doing it as a single man, because there's no way I would be able to stand by and watch him do that. I saw the IMAX movie "Everest"! Those people are insane :)

Wendy - I'm sure those 10 pounds will melt right off as soon as you start back with your higher intensity workouts. The walk sounded really nice. I hear you about how hard it is to get going with a newborn. And it gets worse in winter, when you have to bundle them up and clean off the car. And then there's always the copious amounts of paraphernelia you have to pack......

Laurie - So you're buying the BB series in dvd, hey? That's terrific!! Out of all of her series, that one stands out for its premixes. It's a real shame she didn't make the same kind of effort with the HC series. I agree with you about changing rooms; wouldn't you think that it would be in the stores' best interests to make the lighting really flattering?? I don't understand that.

Katie - great news that you've found a solution to your carpet dilemma! When we move to our new house in February, I'll be working out on hardwood floors in the living room (until we get the basement finished), and I'm also concerned about how much noise I'll be making. I may have to buy a large area rug.

Mariángeles - love your new signature line! It definitely suits you!

Jane - Wow! That was a workout worthy of its own video! Will you be finishing the rest of the lawn today?

Marcia - good luck with your weigh in tonight! How long have you been going to WW? I'm a Lifetime member, but haven't gone to a meeting in a couple of years.

Good Morning All:
Well I didn't dig in the dirt at all yesterday and will get to it today. My Kids only have a half day at school so I'll recruit some help:)

Charlotte Happy B-day to hubby, he's just a young buck at 40;). I find that when I come to yet another decade it's such a time of reflection. It puts the previous decade into perspective, I bet you've had some major changes since he turned 30.

Everyone's doing well to workout with this heat, I have to get it in early or my energy level is really affected. Today I did an hour of Cardio Kickboxing and added HSTA cardio only and MM abs and stretch. It was a great workout. I'm loving my new workout area, it has 2 skylights so I can watch the clouds drift by when I'm on my back.:)

Sandra, I'm really looking forward to BB on DVD I hear so many raves.
You're doing great with your workouts. I only worked out with my 3rd pregnancy and packed it in (except for long walks) before my 5th month. Hats off to you!:)

Gotta go recruit my gardeners and get growing!!!

Morning all! Since my house is still a mess and the painters came at 6:15 this morning I just went out and did a 30 minute run. I will have to do some weight training on my own tonight because once again our TV is not hooked up and sitting on the floor for the next couple days. Looks like I'll be running again tomorrow morning.

Sandra - Actually I found something better than the chairmats. I went to Sam's Club to look for the chairmat and they have a 7 1/2'x11 1/2' carpet for $57!!! It's EXACTLY the size I need, has a no slip bottom, will not frey since it is sealed on the edges and won't make noise when I jump around on it. I don't know if you have Sam's Club where you live, but it's a wonderful option!

Good morning All:

Well went for a hike with my husband this morning and that will probably be it for the day, as I have real estate class tonight. Hike was great up until the moment one of those small green worms dropped off a tree and landed on my shoulder: I have a totally irrational terror of all worms and so I freaked out a bit on the trail, to put it mildy. Worms, yuck.

After the hike I watered all my flowers, wild and otherwise. They are so beautiful! I love looking at them...it's a small moment of happiness each time I do.

Got my Kickmax DVD yesterday -woo-hoo!!- and will do that along with muscle endurance tomorrow (biceps kill me on that every time).

hello! today i am SUPPOSED to paint my w/o room and so i may have to do a treadmill jog since everything will be in teh center fo the room. or if i'm really brave i may workout before i paint. too early to tell. Guess what?! Ya'll have heard all about my mowing escapades and i had a brilliant idea.....this summer, i am paying my little brother to do it. he needs the extra dough and i won't have to do it!!!!yippe!
