Hi gals,

Today I went to the gym and did 10 minutes on the stair machine and then 37 minutes on the elliptical. I did not use my arm since it still hurts a lot.

May do something else, but not sure yet.

Added the Taebo Express Kicks which was 11 minutes. Pretty much all legs today. Oh and 17 minutes on the elliptical was going in reverse.

I took a rest day yesterday as I had worked out too many days in a row and was feeling it. So Sorry. Keep posting!
