Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Dance Circuit to 3 ladies for 47 minutes then did 35 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs. My shoulder is killing me and I don't know what it did to it, sigh.

One of my ladies has lost from 151 down to 108 since October of 2016 when she started taking my class at the gym. She is 65 and as she puts it 5 foot nothing . [emoji5][emoji1]. She also eats very healthy.

thats a big weight loss. wow.

i did workout today annette. I did a sydney cummings upper body workout with spin bike intervals. it was good.

i am not sure i will workout tomorrow. we shall see.
