Daily Check In: June 14, 2005

Hey All! I got my CTX and BB DVD's today:7 :7 I felt pretty crummy this a.m. and was on the fence if I would workout or not. I did the SJ&P Step/HiLo premix and Supersets upper body and felt almost all better after. Maybe it's the heat but I feel hungover even though I haven't had a drop of alcohol in a couple of weeks.

I can't believe all of the premixes with BB!! I don't reach for Push/pull or Supersets on VHS anymore but feel like I will get a lot more use out of these workouts with the premixes:) I'll try one of the KPC/L&G premixes tomorrow!

Jes- YES! I was so excited to work out this morning to see how much room I had created! Once Joey moves upstairs into his own room, I will be moving his changing table, hamper and diaper pail out of my work out room so I'll have EVEN MORE SPACE! WOO HOO! lol

Hey fitness buffs! Good afternoon to you all.

I usually check in late b/c half the time I don't know what I want to do until I do it. My back is feeling good and I was ready to rumble today :)

Today was LM FitTV version (so I consider this maybe half), IM3 blasts,shortened versions of PUB/PLB, CM2. The stability ball is great, although I'm not sure if my abs think so - HA!

That seem like four days worth of workouts for me. How long does it take you to do all that? My hat is off to you!
 
I'm a little late checking in. My oldest let me check my email and I'm secretly here now ;-)

Did a 5K run early this morning, followed by PS chest, shoulders and triceps.

I had to be at work today at 6 am, so my usual am workout will be moved to pm. I think I'm gonna start A-Jocks blast from the past rotation--I think today is part of BC and part of CTX.

Sandra--I can't begin to imagine how you can even attempt something from the Terminator being 6 months pregnant. You are an animal!
 
Hello everyone! I'm late checking in today because I was waiting for a repairman to come this morning. He did, and I figured out a way to get my dishwasher repaired under the warranty. Yay! I miss my dishwasher SO much!

Today was FitTV's version of Muscle Endurance and went light on the weights in the leg segments. The bicep segement is a KILLER }( , but I made it through the whole thing. :p I, of course, used lighter weight than Cathe, though. ;)

I'm hoping to get a nice yoga workout in this evening, too.

Hi again, my workout is done. I have done IMAX 2, one TAEBO basic live workout and 35 minutes in my stationary bike. See you tomorrow.

Mariangeles - How in the heck do you manage to do not one, not two, but three workouts (at least three seperate workouts in my world) in one day??? You have done like half of my weeks worth of workouts in one afternoon! I'm in awe of you!

Hi Fit Ladies!

LowMax for me today. I LOVE this workout. It has the fun factor of IM#2, which happens to be my favortie Cathe workout. When I was finished there was a pool of sweat on the floor - COOL!
