God Morning Ladies,

I had Plyo X in my rotation, but I did Imax 3 instead, and all of PLB. I feel very acomplished, I am sure I will feel my lower body later. I got to get in the shower, have breakfast and off to work.

Today was MM, am totally fried.

Did Bootcamp this weekend for the first time. I was not as beat up as I expected. Are the premixes more challenging?

Hot one here today also, then we are supposed to cool off.

I am doing GS Legs, abs, a 4-5 mile run and GS Chest & triceps.

Last night was MM. I wasn't really into it but did the best I could. This week all I want to do is curl up in a corner somewhere and .... well, doesn't matter, I finished MM anyway.

Tonight I have Lowmax scheduled.
 
Good morning all!

I did KPC this morning. Still cannot do a #$%*&@ pike on the stability ball. I think the problem is that Cathe always puts those toward the end of her ab routines, and by then, my abs are already fatigued. Maybe if I tried doing them at the beginning... oh well, I can dream.... ;)
 
The Gauntlet last night...it was ... (no words can describe it).....

Shelly - you are going to love The Terminator DVD!!

Emily - I am with you on those pikes... I have to master the knee rolls first.

Bootcamp really sounds popular. I have ordered the Bootcamp DVD. I am looking forward to getting it.

The Gauntlet was intense and was circuit training, so I believe I will go with PLB today and get in a pure resistance workout. Maybe a CoreMax to practice those knee rolls.

Great workouts, everybody!!

Emily, I haven't even attempted a pike yet....I bet with practice you will get up there in no time.

Last night was ME upper body and abs and step combos from Step Blast. This morning I did my FIRST RUN in a looooong time!! It was so FUN!! I did 4 intervals of 1 minute walk, 5 minutes run. I finally broke in the brand new Asics and so far my knees aren't screaming. I was so proud of me!!

Tonight is a lower body workout, not sure which one!

I slept in a bit late today so I missed the best time to get my work out in BUT Joey seems to be falling back to sleep now so HOPEFULLY I can get in a work out very soon. I just want to give him a few more minutes to see if he is going to wake up. If I can get the work out in it will be Basic Step again (I don't want to push it) but with one set of risers like yesterday, an ab work out (I may do a regular one w/o the ball this time) and either some light weight work or stretchmax-I won't have time to do both.

So in Jersey today is the last day of the heat wave we have been having....it's supposed to cool off gradually starting tomorrow...thank goodness! Maybe by wed-thurs Joey and I can take walks again! :)

Tonight is dinner at my MIL's house. She cooks up a storm so she better have those AC's BLASTING!:)

Good morning,

This morning I did the Viper. My bladder wasn't cooperating this morning, forcing me to modify a lot of the impact. Very frustrating. Maybe baby's getting so big she's starting to press on the bladder ;(

Katie - You want an intense 30 minute workout? The Blast-only premixes on IMAX2 and IMAX3 would do the trick, as would the first step segment of BodyMax. You could also do one half of MIC, either the hi/lo or the step portion.

Terri - belated happy birthday!!!

Foodie Sue - I really like HSTA, too. I like all the high step circuit workouts; they are a fun alternative to the other workouts.

Connie - yes, according to the 19 week ultrasound, it's girl :)

Conni - yes, the BC premixes are tougher than the original workout, especially the cardio-only and core-only premixes.

Angie - congrats on the run!

I am a BAD girl and slept in this morning. Now I feel so guilty. Guess I will have to give up my usual Saturday rest day to make up for it.

Sandra - I've thought about doing one of the blast only premixes, but I'm afraid they will kill me. Maybe someday I'll get up the nerve.

sandra thanks for the birthday greeting :)

Today will be step blast, pub, and abs from ab hits. Yesterday I did Gym Styles chest and tris for the first time. I like it but I was surprised I didn't get any DOMS! I really need to do a leg work out today too because I am behind in my workouts from the weekend. Oh well there are only so many hours in the day!

Work out complete...Basic Step with one set of risers, Abs from All Step, BS stretch...Joey started fussing between the abs and the stretch so I decided not to do anything else. Maybe I can get in some weight work AND stretch max later in the day? Who knows...I'll see what happens...

Oh, last night I rearranged my work out room. I now have more space to move around in for work outs that require a decent amount of floor space and I THINK I may have also managed to create this small area of wall space in a good spot that could POSSIBLY lend itself to a single full length wall mirror!!!:7 YEAY! I must go buy one this week!

Oh that wonderful bladder! I feel your pain, girl! I couldn't get through 30 minutes of ANY work out with out having to run to the bathroom!!! lol It didn't matter if I was jumping around or not! lol
