Wow, first.

Today was just too hot and humid but I did manage a short premix off of KCM Kickboxing DVD. I also went to the pool to lounge in the sun and get into the water. It was nice, hot, humid and mostly cloudy but there was some sun to get.

Oh and there might be a 4th lady interested in an 11 am class at the gym so that might make it doable for the gym to approve it, YAY!!!!

Today I did about 30 minutes of tabatas from you tube.

Very late check in again. Think there will be many late or very few check ins in the next few weeks. Sorry.

That would be great if the class gets approved.

I am very restless during the nights resulting in exhaustion during the day and headaches. Nevertheless I still try to get some w/o done.

Yesterday (Thursday) I did a 10min PopPhysique legs and butt w/o on YouTube. Very unnatural pretzel position for most of it, but I felt it work my glutes esp. So I guess that's good. I also did 3 different Jessica Smith walks. Twice 12 min and one 20 min. Not all are of the same quality. The moves are pretty consistent, but sometimes the music is barely there. Oh well... They're still good to get up and move after sitting still working for a few hours. The longer one I did when I finished work for the day.

At night I did a 45min dance workout. Fun fun fun.

My FitBit Charge HR arrived yesterday and despite not starting to use it until 14.00 I still reached nearly 14.000 steps. Will be fun to see how active I am and track my HR again. I kept getting a rash, looked like a burn from my Polar chest strap so I had to stop using it.

Anyone else use FitBit?
