This morning I did a proper workout, Cathe style for the first time in ages. :) Slide n' Glide & added on a SweatLab Biceps. I struggled through the entire thing, but glad to get something done!
Have a medical appt. in a little while and for the next three days, we have bookings to view more apartments. Really hope it starts to go smoother. I just cannot believe that so many folks appear to have bottomless pockets.

Hope everyone has been having a relaxing weekend. I know you probably have a lot on the go Ceci with your family! Henriette, mountain biking? That's awesome! I broke my bike about three years ago & still have not replaced it. lol. Sandy, hope you are taking in some of your new found lower impact workouts and are not in pain. ((hug))

Went to the gym late morning because they are closing at 1 for the 4th. I was able to do 24 min. on the elliptical and 15 min. of weights, it was very very crowded and space was limited so I did a very appreviated workout.

Overcast skies here today and they have already postponed the fireworks till next Saturday due to the forecast of rain for today.

Elsie, I hope and pray you find a place soon to move to. That has to be rough.
 
Hi everyone. I've been mia cos I had to drive my daughter to nova Scotia dir a French program. I'm in trois Rivieres right now and hope to be home tomorrow. 4000+ km travelled! Love Canada!

No workouts for me but you ladies remain committed. Good luck finding a new place Elsie.
