This morning I did a proper workout, Cathe style for the first time in ages.
Slide n' Glide & added on a SweatLab Biceps. I struggled through the entire thing, but glad to get something done!
Have a medical appt. in a little while and for the next three days, we have bookings to view more apartments. Really hope it starts to go smoother. I just cannot believe that so many folks appear to have bottomless pockets.

Hope everyone has been having a relaxing weekend. I know you probably have a lot on the go Ceci with your family! Henriette, mountain biking? That's awesome! I broke my bike about three years ago & still have not replaced it. lol. Sandy, hope you are taking in some of your new found lower impact workouts and are not in pain. ((hug))
