Hi ladies,

Today I did a walking workout that I found on You Tube. It was 46 minutes from Faith, Fit and something I don't remember. So the music was Christian and nice, the lady says absolutely nothing and uses only hand signals. She stands in front of a white curtain covering a big window, white carpet and a gray diamond design area rug. Her white dog joined her and her son kept making random appearances in the videos. Nice variety for a walking type workout.

Very hot again today.

Hi Annette,

I cannot believe you taught classes in this heat! I am sure you have air conditioning but still.

I love good finds on youtube.

no workout for me today. been travelling. we made it to new brunswick. it's incredible how french canada is! Quebec is so french, where we are in new brunswick - equally french. the rolling plush green hills of new brunswick are just beautiful. We will make it to PEI by tomorrow. I might not workout again but I'll check in if I can.

Ceci, I did not teach today, the walking workout was my workout for myself and no I DO NOT have central air. It was hot but since it was very basic moves it wasn't too bad in the heat.
