Today was Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only.

We are going to a BBQ this afternoon to celebrate summer birthdays.

Hi girls,
Yesterday I missed the check in. I did read all of yours' though. I had a rest day yesterday... I felt really tired and hadn't had a rest day in a while.

This morning I got a mountain bike... So now goingbfor a recreational bike ride will be a lot more fun than on my mama bike. My mama bike is perfect for transporting groceries, kids etc. It's very heavy and stable, but it's so great for just a leisure ride. I rode the mountain bike home from the store... So about 9km.

This afternoon I did Bodypump followed by a dance workout. So much fun... But the pump workout really worked me hard. It's not super heavy weights, but very high rep. Dancing is just fun... I am not great at it, but I'm at home and no one is watching so who cares. It's nice to get sweaty moving to music rather than feeling like you always have to give it all in a drill or something.
