Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did - nothing but sleep in and eat. I am on holidays so will not be working out today or tomorrow.

Hi Ceci,

Yes, very very hot!!

Today I taught my Silver and Fit workout to 10 ladies and 2 gentlemen for an hour.

Then I taught my Precision Moves Cardio and Weights for 46 minutes to 11 ladies.

Then I came home to find out that the bunny my son was watching (at their house outside bunny) had died. Sad day.

Oh, Ceci .....I'm jealous that you are taking in all that Atlantic sea air!! I'm here on the Pacific and of course, shouldn't complain cause it's warmer, but there is something about my home Atlantic sticky salt air that washes me anew. I really cannot wait to go back home again!!! You & your hubby have a wonderful vacay!!
Oh, Annette ...so sorry to hear about your son's bunny. They are delightful company. You must be enjoying this sunning weather.
