Hi ladies, I'm currently in week 3 of Meso 1 STS. Today I did Legs. Meso 1 is focused on endurance, so high repetitions and weights that are about 60 to 70 xcent of your 1REPMAX. Not a lot of variation in the exercises so far but, as I'm relatively new to weight lifting, I prefer to stick to the standard program. It's 22.30 now, I will soon head for bed, too.
