Wow! First again.

Today was KCM Kickboxing premix then some abs off of Fit TV and then to the gym for 20 minutes on the stair machine and 35 minutes of weight work spending most of that time on chest.

Today all my workouts went as planned. I had half an hour to spare in the afternoon between work and basketball training so instead of relaxing with a book or magazine I squeezed in Cize Crazy 8s. Tonight I just finished ICE Rock em knock em incl. blast and tricep mm. Pretty long workout so after my shower i can now only sit for a few minutes before I need to go to bed. I need min. 7 hours sleep... Any less I literally risk falling asleep at my pc during the day.

I am on week 4 of the ICE rotation and I am already looking forward to mixing it up or doing some completely different rotation. Maybe only Xtrain and RWH instead of also ICE. After 4 weeks of ICE I may need a break and there are so many other good workouts out there... Or even just right here on my own shelf.

Has everyone else already done STS? It seems like practically everyone on this forum has done it. I don't think I will purchase it... But once (notice... I didn't say if) I get Demand I will definitely try it.
 
Henriette, I have not done STS don't even own it. I only have a scattered amount of Cathe's newer workouts. Mostly one or two from any given series. Sounds like you got a good workout in. Rest well tonight.
 
Hi ladies, I'm currently in week 3 of Meso 1 STS. Today I did Legs. Meso 1 is focused on endurance, so high repetitions and weights that are about 60 to 70 xcent of your 1REPMAX. Not a lot of variation in the exercises so far but, as I'm relatively new to weight lifting, I prefer to stick to the standard program. It's 22.30 now, I will soon head for bed, too.
