Daily Check-in -- is it Monday again? 12-11

Boy Mondays roll around fast don't they? I had a very nice weekend though.

I did KPC abs yesterday without any problem. Hopefully my wrist will behave for a while.

Today is GS Legs. I elected not to take the rest day between L&G and KPC this weekend since I took a rest day last Tues and need to have my rest day on this Tues also. The legs are definitely not feeling neglected!

How is everyone else?

Yesterday:
PLB (warm-up, all standing leg work and glutes, outer thigh and stretch from floor work).

Bowflex: Leg extensions and leg curls.

Tricep work only from Heavy triceps and biceps 4ds

Gilad QFS abs.

I had to double check and make sure the check in was today's check in as far as the date tee hee

Today is a cardio day for me not sure what I'll be doing maybe a cardio premix

Hi Everyone!

My back is feeling quite a bit better, but I'm not going to workout until AFTER I see the dr.
Of course I have an appoinment tomorrow morning and we are in a winter storm watch for tonight and tomorrow.....with up to 7" of snow and 1/2 " of ice coming ! Doesn't it figure ??

Everyone's doing great workouts!!
I miss working out so much, and am crossing my fingers the dr (and orthopedic spine specialist) tells me to go FULL SPEED AHEAD with the workouts. I'm a little worried that he'll tell me I can't do certain things anymore and I've already cut out running :( , kickboxing and heavy leg work, I don't want to cut out any more !!!

It's 6 degrees here this morning ! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
