I can't decide what to do today- am very anxious to try Travel Fit (haven't previewed), so maybe that one ???

Good morning ladies!!! I'm getting a late start for work today. I'm only working half day today, going to hairdresser, then grocery shopping. If I still have enough energy left, its IMAX2 premix 4 today.

Tam/Phil/Beck - how long is AS? How long is Travel Fit? Are all the SC short and intense?

Travel Fit was great ! 51 minutes and it FLEW by ! My band broke not far into it, which made for a much tougher workout.....I had to use the purple band and believe me, I FELT IT !!!!!!!!
I liked it a lot and can see reaching for it when I don't want to mess with weights or just want a change. I feel like I"m going to be sore tomorrow !

AS is 47 minutes long Carmen.

I am interested in Travel Fit, Becky, you may have me buying that one soon.

Today was Firm's Super Sculpting. Nice fast weight workout that covers alot in a short period of time. I also did Ab hits.

Short day here at work, then we are closed the rest of the week.

Well, I wanted a good intense workout for today and I did Amy Bento's Power Surge and Core Training all five combos and surges. It was intense and I did all the cardio so I feel good about it.

I will have about 5 pounds to lose after the holidays which isn't too bad, hoping my workouts this week help lower that number or at least keep it the same.

Hi All!

I loved Athletic Step...short, intense and I was a sweaty mess by the end. It clocked in @ 47 minutes. All the moves were familiar and only one combination always kept me facing the wrong way :confused: I'm hoping I like the rest of the workouts as much as this one. This workout is just what I'm about these days, get in and get out as quick as possible with a great workout :D

Annette~ I've got about 10 pounds to lose :( January 1st I have to get serious with my diet.
