Hi Annette and Cathletes,

Today I did an EPIC 11 Caroline G workout of upper body. I added in 10 minutes of Caroline G. low impact cardio. Now, to stretch.

Hi Annette,

Today I did more Caroline G - I did a 1 hour isometric workout of 20 minutes core, 20 minutes upper body, 20 minutes lower body. It was really good. I just love bodyweight workouts.

You're taking down your tree? My is soooooooooooo dead. It's been up since the last 10 days in November. It still has a lovely scent. It will come down in the next few days... alas.
