No workout today, I ended up sleeping in since hubby was here and could get up to take care of the dog.

But I did lay in the sun for 2 hours and it is hot out there.

Hi ladies!

Happy 4th to all Americans. Hope it's a good day for all.

Last night I went for a long walk instead of a workout. I have discovered that I can reach my daily burn that way too. Quite a revelation for someone who was not a great believer in walking. A good walk at a steady pace is in fact a pretty good workout.

Tonight I was short on time, but wanted a good workout so I did 21DFX Dirty 30. Second time doing this workout and I still really like it. Quite shoulder heavy.

Checking in again, lunch was delicious, and I did get to go to Lowe's, (they were packed), now I feel I need to work out again! Yes, Henriette, I love to walk-outdoors or indoors with a workout, which is what I am getting ready to do shortly, gonna do a Leslie 2 mile walk workout with the "miracle band" From the Miracle Miles set.
 
Happy Birthday USA!! Hi everyone. Today was Sweat Unlimited Kickboxing with some weights. This is a new DVD for me. Never heard of the instructor before. The Kickboxing was Tabata style with a KB move then abs/core move. Pretty nice. The weights section is meh...I went heavy so I could feel it. All in all pretty good. Then finished painting the front deck/porch. Blah!! I hope everyone stays safe today.

Enjoyed it and the cardio was pretty easy to modify when I needed to. Will do that one again.
