Daily Check in Halloween

Good morning Phyllis and all that follow....

KickMax kicked my butt yesterday! I am soooo sore in my glutes from those LCD's!:eek: I'm very surprised at just how sore I am! Good stuff!}(

Today I really need to run some errands. I may have to take a rest day. If I can squeeze something in, I will.... just not sure what. I finished the Aug 07 Lower Body Solution rotation yesterday. I actually FINISHED a rotation! YAY!!!

I may play around with one of the BBC if time permits today.

I will do some cardio today. I did CC yesterday, but am dealing with some pulled muscles in my back, so am resting from weights.
I can only HOPE I am up to the rotation , because I've been waiting for it like an impatient child at Christmas !!!;-) :p

Congrats on finishing the rotation Jane!!!! You should feel very good about that .:7

You can eat candy corn for breakfast on Halloween, .......right ???:9 :9 :9 Ha! I didn't. but I'm sure by the end of the day, that bag will be a lot less heavy!!!!!

Today is going to be the remainder of the total body weight premix that I did y'day but didn't have the time to finish so it's 4DS Shoulders/Bi & Tri this afternoon. I am moving the run I thought about doing this morning to tomorrow.

Today was Cardio Crazy with Gay Gasper, and I plan on having some treats with my tricks tonight!
 
Daily Check-in

Good morning! Can you believe that I worked out in time to check-in this morning?! Since there were only 3 days left in this month, I did the premixes for a 3-day split for variety. I did the back and biceps premix Monday morning and enjoyed it as much as the original chest and back workout. I did the lower body premix yesterday morning (which includes the calf work from Lower Intensity Step) and prefer the premix so I can have a complete leg workout in one day. I was not as crazy about the chest, shoulders, and triceps premix I did this morning. I had to keep switching my risers from the step for incline chest work to the high step for shoulder work. Not to mention, 3 body parts in one day is more than my attention span can handle! It is nice to have these premixes for variety, but I will most likely stick with the 4-day split format most weeks. I have been dragging my wagon this week and not doing any cardio. Oh my! I am having cardio withdrawals. I need a burst of energy! I shared in Open Discussion that I was shocked Monday when I stepped on the scale. I gained 10 pounds the first week of this heavy lifting rotation. Eek! My weight is still up this morning. I may go to my friend’s cardio boot camp class at the club after work to sweat it out! The rest of this week will be cardio, cardio, and more cardio. I need a Cathe cardio fix! Hopefully, Cathe will have time to post the November rotation today. I am looking forward to seeing what she cooks up for us!

Heather, he is adorable and imagine what he would have weighed if he were on time.:eek:

I am toooooo sore to workout today so I will try and catch biceps and triceps tomorrow. That personal trainer really hit the mark yesterday at the gym. I was down some weight wise too which was a good thing.
