Nora, I watch the Cathe premixes that you do & post, and to be honest, I didn't realize there are so many nice, shorter ones. I gotta check them out !

Today's workouts:

IFit- Self-Love Rowing workout- 20 min. ( crazy name for a rowing workout, but I think they named it that because they released it back on Valentine's Day)
IFit- Thunder & Lightning Treadmill workout - 19 min.
Blender add-on- Quick Fix Back & Legs - 10 min.

Hi Everyone,

I am on the road this morning but wanted to squeeze in a workout as I just don't do the gym while away :( . Today I did Michelle Briehler Piyo for 20 minutes (it was tough but my head couldn't wrap around 7 moves in one so I abandoned ship). I moved onto 20 minutes of Michelle Briehler tabata and added on Cathe's PUB for biceps. Now to stretch.

Nora - 4DS? wow. That feels like an oldie. I never gravitated to those workouts. They always felt choppy and I can't do choreographed step workouts

Hi ladies,

Good Friday to us all!!

Today I came to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight work for back (since I didn't get to it yesterday) and legs plus floorwork for lower body. I am beat again.

Yesterday evening the top of my right shoulder really hurt and not DOMS pain. So doing 608 pounds on the sled is where evidently I start feeling it the day of the attempt. Thankfully I was able to take tylenol and sleep it off.

Good morning everyone, Happy Good Friday:)

Linda- Yes, there are alot of nice shorter premixes on 4DS. When I was figuring out what dvds I wanted to workout with when I figure it Sunday to put on the calendar.
I checked it out since its been a while and really likethe shorter premix options, lots of fun stuff for either weights only or cardio only or others.
Nicely done today with:

Great job! I love those shorter but intense workouts. I need to try and shorten my workouts up a bit. I get alittle crazy when them because I love it, but I forget I need to not over do it.

Very nicely done on today's workout with:

Michelle Briehler Piyo for 20 minutes (got complicated switched to a different one), onto 20 minutes of Michelle Briehler tabata and added on Cathe's PUB for biceps and a stretch.
