I see we all checked in yesterday. Henriette - glad to see you are liking a few new Cathe's. I really like PHA and Giant Sets. I like them all - except for cardio slam. A bit choppy for me.
Today I did a mish mosh of mike d - lower body, mike d - kb workout and hoco - 20 minutes of getting started. even that one is tough.
