Good Morning Everyone,

I see we all checked in yesterday. Henriette - glad to see you are liking a few new Cathe's. I really like PHA and Giant Sets. I like them all - except for cardio slam. A bit choppy for me.

Today I did a mish mosh of mike d - lower body, mike d - kb workout and hoco - 20 minutes of getting started. even that one is tough.

Hi gals. No workout yet but today is my hubby's and mines 27 th wedding anniversary! And I was born on Friday the 13th but in March. Our wedding was on a Saturday. Even my youngest son was born on Friday the 13th.

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 5 ladies for an hour then I did 5 minutes on the stair machine counting this as leg work then another 35 minutes of weight work including abs and legs (today I used dumbbells for chest instead of the barbell). Came home and did KCM Kickboxing premix for 22 minutes.

Now I have to go grocery shopping.

I'm off today, so I was able to get in a few more "little" workouts during the day and between doing some cleaning.
I did a Peloton app spin bike ride, and a old Gaiam sculpting bar DVD workout. Sculpting bar is
9 lb weighted bar that breaks apart in 3 - 3 lb sections. Then I finished up with a blender mix:
16 min. LIS Cardio workout. I am probably done for the day!
