Good morning girls!

Today's workouts:

KCM- Home Gym Intervals dvd- Workout # 1 - 30 min. ( you can do these workouts either on a treadmill, bike or elliptical, she has someone showing all the options, I did it on
my elliptical ).
YT- Workout with Roxanne- 20 min. Full Body Kettlebell Workout
Blender- "Standing Abs with Floor Abs intermission" - 18 min.


A little over an hour this morning....but that's ok....I enjoyed them all, especially with the variety!

Today I did a recent Cathe Live back and biceps workout. It was really good!

Nora - I am guessing you are not wanting another rest day but need more recovery time?

it! I am hoping to do yesterday’s Chest & Triceps over the weekend…
 
Hi ladies,

Today I opted to stay home and work out in a very hot humid house, Ugh!!

Took me a bit to pick something that I could do and enjoy doing. But I ended up picking Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme workout and I did all of the cardio which turned out to be 70 minutes long!!!

I did not remember it being that long probably because I rarely do the whole thing. I am a sweaty mess, and I put the air conditioner in the window during the workout to try and help.

Nice workouts all around. Guess I will do floorwork later.

PS I had my phone in my pocket to register steps and I got in 5217 steps,Wow!!

Annette- Killer gym workout yesterday with 90 minute weight workout, with DB's, BB, Sled, and other machines finished with floor work, legs, and abs.
Bravo on that inspiring awesomness;) High fives and WTG! Then today's workout was a home workout with Amy Bento's Kickbox Extreme, love that one. It is a long cardio but a really fun one.
Good for you using the AC its really nice to have when workingout. Then later you mentioned doing floor work too, you are awesome and a great inspiration.

Ooh, I almost forgot wow, nice surpise your phone was conting your steps 5217 steps. High fives!!:) Have a blessed Friday;)

Here's the update:

I am still trying to recover from my STS-2.0 Dumbell closed grip chest press. I smacked sides iof chest with 20 DB's. I have a mammogram at the end of October and I'm praying for begnin results.
So that is why I am resting trying not to irritate anything.I know I have been working out before this week, but still feeling sore, concentrating on positive thoughts and prayers.

Great job Annette on a 70 min. Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme workout....Goodness, I imagine
that was a sweaty time! :) I like her, I think I still have one or 2 of her dvds....somewhere..
I'm pretty sure that I don't have the one you did.....anything with "Xtreme" on the end of it
makes me run the other way! LOL!
 
Hi Nora, sorry you are still feeling soreness..etc.....Just rest & take care! Those dumbbells
will be there waiting when you are ready.
