Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more C&E for lower body (very heavy weight) - 50 minutes. I almost didn't work out this morning.

Linda - Interesting mix yesterday. Did you really use a dvd? Does anyone still use their dvds? I have soooooooooo many unused :(
Nora - I'm sure your body appreciated the rest day!
Annette - WTG with your mix of cardio and floor work. You got in a solid workout.

LOL! Once in awhile, I do pull out a dvd :), but usually either just doing a premix or programming a dvd
mix on my player. I have the info written out on most dvds so I just pick the exercises I want to do by
title/chapter # and program it into the player, "kind of like a Blender on my dvd player."

Today's workouts:

KCM-"Weights" - short dvd mix- 15 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- "Stepboxing" - 29 min. (I love this workout and this is actually on a dvd as well, it is the
Bonus Raw workout Kelly included on her CardioFit dvd)
YT-CrossRope- 6 min. Jump Rope & Biceps

Hi ladies,

Today I found another workout just like yesterday's with the same instructor again in Spanish for 48 minutes. It was a sweat fest but very good.

I am planning on sun fest next as today is suppose to be in the low 80's.

I think sometimes I get burned out at the gym and I am pushing myself too hard plus with the change of seasons I need to take a break and regroup, after that I should be good again.

I mostly always use DVDs but since I have subscribed to Cathe Live, I have been trying some of those and really do love them! I will always have my DVDs.
 
Annette, another fun Kickboxing workout today & sun fest later….I can understand
gym burnout….a little break never hurts & when you do go next, I bet you will be so
glad to be back…

I guess I’ll tackle Walmart-fest! :)
