Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 4 ladies for the 2nd installment of my 20-20-20 Split Series. It was the shoulders and legs one. The weights were at the end this time and we did floorwork for legs and abs along with the standing work for shoulders and legs.
It was an hour long.
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including barbell for chest, the back machine, dumbbells for chest , biceps and triceps and cables for all of upper body and the calf machine.
