Today I did Cathe's ICE Lower Body Blast - I've done this soooooooooooo many times. I will do my own stretch.

Big workouts from everyone yesterday. Glad to see us all checking in.

I checked out Kaleigh. I wish I knew about her when I had my spin bike :(

workout)

Today I stayed home and did a Taebo Shred workout off of YouTube. But I only managed 41 minutes of it, my tum tum wasn't happy for some reason so I stopped.

But I did something so that is what counts.

Nice workouts ladies, keep it up!!

Annette- Sorry to hear about your stomach trouble. I hope you feel better ASAP! Maybe try some Pepto Bismal, just a thought. Nicely done with today's workout with Taebo Shred workout off of YouTube. I remember
that Taebo was challenging and definately makes you sweat and is a major calorie burner. So 41 Min of Taebo is awesome. Just rest and take care;)
