Good morning everyone! Friday...again!
Today's workouts:
CatheLive- PHA Supersets 3 -( I did the warmup, all 6 of the Lower body supersets & stretch) - 28 min.
KCM- Cardio Fit- (I did a dvd mix of both workouts-) came out to be approx. 28 min.
Interval Timer App- did my own interval mix of KB's, jump rope, med ball, wt. plates, boxing - 19 min.
