Well, the ab muscles still hurt not quite as much so that is nice.
Today I struggled to find a workout I was willing to do. But finally settled on Taebo Cardio for Body and Mind which was 43 minutes long. Very basic moves but done with intensity plus I had on my wrist weights. This was a 2 DVD pack with the other one being Taebo Flex. For a who cares what I do day it worked and I am sweaty.
Nice workout Linda, ya beat me timewise.
I spent part of the morning going through totes pulling out things to try on and decide if I am keeping. I now have 2 bags for donation,yay!!
Hope everyone else has a great workout!!
Also, good feeling to get that closet cleaned out and donate! I am planning to do the same in a month or so. When I moved, I got rid of a lot of clothes and realize after moving, I really need to do more.Nice, Linda!!

Please remind me what was the workout you did that made your abs so sore? I need to try that one.
