Today's workouts:

Blender- "A Little Bit of Everything Total Body Intervals" - 28 min.
IFit- "Whitehaven Beach, Australia Treadmill Walk" - 21 min.

Hi ladies,

Well, the ab muscles still hurt not quite as much so that is nice.

Today I struggled to find a workout I was willing to do. But finally settled on Taebo Cardio for Body and Mind which was 43 minutes long. Very basic moves but done with intensity plus I had on my wrist weights. This was a 2 DVD pack with the other one being Taebo Flex. For a who cares what I do day it worked and I am sweaty.

Nice workout Linda, ya beat me timewise.

I spent part of the morning going through totes pulling out things to try on and decide if I am keeping. I now have 2 bags for donation,yay!!

Great Glutes Bonus Chair for 8 minutes
Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch or 10 minutes
Feeling good - hope I have not aggravated my leg injury. I'll know tomorrow:)

Please remind me what was the workout you did that made your abs so sore? I need to try that one.
Also, good feeling to get that closet cleaned out and donate! I am planning to do the same in a month or so. When I moved, I got rid of a lot of clothes and realize after moving, I really need to do more.
 
Nicki, the workout I did was my own light weight high rep workout from Tuesday.

In that workout I tried a YouTube lady's hip thrust move . Basically, you lean your back against a bench or in my case a couch, sort of like a tricep dip, put a weight in the crook of your hip and thigh where they meet , lift the other leg up in the air and then raise and lower your buttocks to the floor and up. Then change the weight to the other leg and repeat. Obviously, I did something wrong for my abs to still be hurting . I only used 8 pound dumbbell, the lady demonstrating used a 20!!!

Anyway, that is what I did.
 
Nice job Annette with 43 min. Taebo Cardio for Body and Mind. That sounds like a good workout. I need to go thru things too, but I got to be in the mood to do it!!

Taebo Cardio for Body and Mind = 43 minutes wore wrist weights, good stuff! I've done Taebo Flex and its a nice one to sort of loosen muscles and focus on holding moves and balance, nice stretch. Sounds like you had a productive morning, good for you. Nice workout today and have a blessed evening;)

I did not get a workout in today and DH wants me to watch college football with him. It's the same TV & Blu Ray I'd need to use to workout, so no workout tomorrow either. My Internet data usage is nearly maxed out before we go over and have to pay a lot more overage fee for September so that means dvds only. I have those, no problem but I miss my streaming YT workouts. I had a tetanus vaccine today as well as plantar fasciitis letting me know its there.
