Taebo Cardio for Body and Mind = 43 minutes wore wrist weights, good stuff! I've done Taebo Flex and its a nice one to sort of loosen muscles and focus on holding moves and balance, nice stretch. Sounds like you had a productive morning, good for you. Nice workout today and have a blessed evening

I did not get a workout in today and DH wants me to watch college football with him. It's the same TV & Blu Ray I'd need to use to workout, so no workout tomorrow either. My Internet data usage is nearly maxed out before we go over and have to pay a lot more overage fee for September so that means dvds only. I have those, no problem but I miss my streaming YT workouts. I had a tetanus vaccine today as well as plantar fasciitis letting me know its there.
