Hi Annette,

Today I did more Caroline G - her latest total body weighted cardio + added on 10 minutes of a Christmas cardio of her's. I couldn't resist the frolicking music.

And Annette - there is no way I can lift what she lifts. When she uses 20's, I use 15's and 12's. She is wayyyyyyyyy stronger than me. But she's also amazing and her workouts are stellar.

That Caroline lady is ripped and she has had 2 kids!! Maybe she adopted them.

I am also 14 years older than you which makes a difference ( Cathe is an exception)LOL!

Today I had 2 for my fun Disco Kickboxing circuit routine, it was fun and was an hour long.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including barbell bench press, machines for back and shoulders, cables for all of upper body and took it to 55 pounds for 2 reps . Started at 30, then 35, 40,45,50 and then 55, I really struggled with the last rep but I did it. Then dumbbells for flyes and triceps. Finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
