Good morning everybody!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Upper Body by Barbell" - 21 min.
Blender- ""Biceps Day with Boxing Blitz Intervals" - 21 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout

Back to add in that after Jack’s walk, I ended up adding on YT- Phoenix Nation
30 min. Ropeless Jump Rope workout …Fun! (This is the same one I am
mentioning below)

So glad you were able to get your planned workout in yesterday, Nora, and even added on YT- Phoenix Nation- 10 Minute Skipping Weight Loss Workout = 11 Min as well! Awesome!

Oh, Nora, I noticed yesterday that on Phoenix Nation, Winter has a 30 min Skipping Ropeless Jump Rope workout she just added. She uses that new CrossRope Ropeless jump rope that they just recently introduced. I would like to have that, but it's kind of pricey.....The Get Lean set that includes handles, and 1/4 lb rope attachment and 1/2 lb rope attachment is $129. You can get 15% off using Winter as promo code, but it's still over $100. Very undecided about that.

Hi ladies,

Today I did the cardio only portion of Cathe's Hard Strikes with my new boxing gloves on. It was 31 minutes. Then I did a Taebo Express Kicks one that is 11 minutes. Very sweaty workout.

Nice workout Linda. I should be back to the gym next week.

Have a great weekend, we are in for rain and wind.

Yes rain expected here tonight/tomorrow too. I know we need it, but rain is not my
favorite thing.

mentioning below). I read that about the ropes, I'd like to have its pricey and I can't do it. Oh well its something for the wishlist.

No doubt that was a sweaty workout, WTG & high fives!!! Ok, you know I gotta ask about the boxing gloves, how were they?
Did you feel a difference versus weighted gloves or 1lb hand weights?
Let me your thoughts and review them for us. I'm glad you are feeling better already looking forward to the gym workouts.

XTrain- D9- Tabatacise= 45 Min
LITE- Metabolic Blast= 42 Min

Nora, yes, I felt a difference, the gloves are not as heavy but they are bulkier so you have to modify some moves like speedbag and flurries. If I were going for just cardio then the boxing gloves are a good add on, if you want more resistant in the workout then a higher weighted glove would work better.

Definitely when I took them off right before the cooldown(and before Cathe's crew) I could feel a difference in the punches. My weighted gloves are 2.2 pounds each. And the boxing gloves are only 12 oz. each.

Yes, Winter’s 30 min. Ropeless workout was fun, I wondered if I would do the full 30
min., but time passed quickly…It’s 4 rounds of I think 6 different jump rope moves with
rest in between and a minute rest between rounds. On the minute rest, she does a
plank move for 30 sec. Of the minute rest. It’s part of her new series…
