Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Total Body Challenge workout to 6 ladies for 55 minutes. It was tough and by the end of class I was down to 3,LOL!
Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs and glutes. Mostly chest, back and shoulder work and leg machines.
Then I did 11 minutes on the stair machine.
Now I am going home to eat, change and go grocery shopping.
