Wowww, it's September!

Today I did Midas MVMT for chest - 25 minutes and added on same guy for 10 minutes of abs. I am rushed to get on the road this morning.

Great workouts from everyone yesterday!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Power Moves- Lower Body" - 21 min.
Blender add-on: "STS 2 Mat Yoga & Lower Body Foam Rolling- 7 min.
IFit- "Weight Loss Elliptical Workout # 1 - 22 min.

Hi ladies,

I stayed home and did 2 Taebo's off YouTube for my cardio workout today. It was a 21 minute one and a 28 minute one that used light weights throughout the whole workout (not sure I had ever done it before) it was hard I had on my wrist weights. So 49 minutes total of Taebo!

Now hubby car is ready, he can drive again, yay, and I get my hair cut at 2.

There is an off chance that I will do more abwork later on.

Hi girls,

I gotta confess I didn't sleep well last niht and felt sore, so I did not workout today. I wanted to even put on workout clothes but didn't feel like working out today. DH laso wanted me to spend today with him. He has the next several days off, I may see what my workout plans look like in that.

Nora, it happens, spend some time with your hubby. Take a walk together.

Add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch.
