Today I did a McFit workout - shoulders with pyramiding. I added on a short jump rope workout. Now to stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught 1 lady my crazy trying to see what fits disco circuit with body weight only exercises. It was 55 minutes long. It was fun we tried out different moves and kept moving and both of us broke a sweat.

Then I did 52 minutes of weight work using dumbbells and the cables. I am seeing some improved strength in shoulder press. I had been doing one arm at a time so as to not tax my weaker shoulder but today I managed 10 pounds, 12.5 and 15 pounds presses with both arms at the same time and my shoulder didn't buckle!! Yay!! I did 12,10 and 8 reps respectively. Ended of course with floorwork for abs and legs.
