Today I did 4DS Legs + Bootcamp + Abs (4DS). Sweaty but fun.

Hi gals,

I did the cardio portion of the Get Ripped Taebo then went to the gym for 45 min. before going to the doctor.

Unfortunately he didn't say anything about my weight good or bad but I did make sure he knew I had lost 20 pounds recently.
